I highly recommend Accurate Serve Daytona Beach to anyone looking for a server who is extremely professional, responsive, and detailed.

Accurate Serve knocked it out of the park for us. We are in MN and needed a rush request completed ASAP in FL in a gated community. Accurate Serve was able to gain access, gather pertinent details on a vehicle along with a phone number obtained from a note left on the door after they received a call back from someone claiming the person we were looking for did not live there, person called from a number registered to the person in question “Whoops” this allowed us to verify with 100% certainty that the party we were looking for was in fact currently living there and was attempting to evade. Accurate Serve then returned the very next day per our request and was able to make service on an occupant there.

Josh worked so quickly! WOW! I sent the papers for him to serve and he served it within 45 minutes of me sending it down to him. I will MOST DEFINITELY use acurate for any future services! Thanks again Josh!!

So co-counsel and myself are in the midst of a termination of parental rights trial, and the case manager suddenly is unable to recall events after “knowing” everything that DCF wanted her to regurgitate. After about the third or fourth time of I don’t remember said case worker admitted it was all in her notes. Over lunch we drafted a subpoena Duces Tecum for said notes and contacted this server to serve it by the next morning. After the place of employment refused to accept the process server looked up the case manager in the county property records and served her at her home. Since than the faulty memory issue seems to have gone away. These are great people, professional and willing to go to the extra mile.
