To keep our rates low and to expedite service, we do require pre-payment. We will extend the courtesy of invoicing clients once we have established a well documented business relationship. Those established Clients are expected to pay each Invoice in full within 30 days once service has been made.

Payments

We accept most forms of payment: cash, check, money order, credit card, the barter system….OK, just joking on the last one, no bartering please. Credit card payments can be processed all day every day via this site. Look at the beautiful gray shaded menu bar towards the top, click on Payment and follow those easy steps. Cash needs to be exchanged only for drop offs and pick ups.If you mail docs to us, you can include check or money order in mailing.

Address & Attempts

Once you hire us for service of process, let us go to work. An attempt on standard service will happen within 4 business days. A Rush within 24 hours. Once an attempt to serve your papers is made, you have officially entered the No Refund Zone.

Each service fee allows up to 4 attempts at a given address. If we discover the first address to be no good and we are supplied a second address, there will be a second fee. You will be given up to 4 more attempts at new address.

When you hire us for service, you know what you are getting. It is pretty much outlined in it’s entirety in these pages of this site. By sending us work, you agree to what we have etched electronically for your perusal.

Kes Capital, LLC dba Accurate Serve® of Daytona Beach and it’s franchisor, Winston Honore Holdings, LLC dba Accurate Serve® are released from any liability or claims that may arise out of using this service.

Our Process

Our phone rings, we answer. We receive an email, we reply. We get a paper, we serve it. Once we serve a paper, we provide proof of service. Yes, it’s that simple. But, even simple things can be messed up. That’s something we don’t do, mess up. We pride ourselves on perfection, it’s in our slogan – look in the upper left corner of the website.

The other slogan we display and embody is giving attorneys peace of mind. If you are an attorney who has recently filed suit, you need to notify those parties. And not only notify them, but you need to follow Chapter 48 FL Statutes and The Rules of civil Procedure. We Know the Rules and We Preach the Statutes, Mon – Sat, can’t serve on Sundays, sorry.

Accurate Serve is a franchise based system. Each office is individually owned and operated. We keep it consistent across the board though. Some things you can except when hiring Accurate Serve. If you hire us for a standard service, an attempt will be made within 4 business days (but usually we’re quicker). Rush service is within 24 hours. With each service, we will make 4 attempts unless service is made in first 3 attempts or if it is determined subject is not at address.
